Hey! We moved our blog to what will/has certainly become our new website. My friend, Chris Keller of CMK Productions has whipped up the site and we got it hosted. Much thanks to him!
We will continue this discussion at the official site...

New update on the App Store v1.0.1
Our first update to Flip the Bird! Version 1.0.1 is now live on the App Store. It is now 15.7 MB (wireless is not needed to download) and the iPad support being added making the app universal (for our iOS fans anyway). This release includes lots of little tweaks (code and graphics). Bug fixes, performance, etc. Spread the word! Right now we are relying 100% on word of mouth. We expect cross promotion to occur with Chad Town's "Doodle Army 2: Mini Militia" to occur this week and we will follow that up with an ad campaign in early February which is to coincide with the next update. We will determine what this will contain over the holidays most likely. Thanks for all your support! And let us know what you think, it REALLY makes a huge difference. If launching sucks (for example), we need/want to know! (we got some ideas on that too)

Well it's live!
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/flip-the-bird/id452552250?mt=8
Now go buy it! ;) I really really hope you like it! Or at least get 1/8 to 1/12 of a movie ticket's worth of entertainment out of it!
We already have the first update in the works! That update should be out in a few weeks (before Apple stops processing them for the holidays. Those folks need a break too!)
The plan for that includes (but not limited too):
Complete iPad support (sizing HUD elements etc)
Fixes to spawn placements
Tweaks to squirrel jumping and gliding physics
Speed up the story
Fix an intermittent crash when you play the story twice
Lengthen the background (it is not quite as infinite as originally planned).

Well take a look at that... in game screen shots!
Here is a link to a gallery of screen shots...
Actual "Flip the Bird" in-game screen shots!
But until Apple approves the game, I just MAY be faking this whole adventure...
Just saying... Some people go to great lengths to cover up their false promises...

There are points in your life that you look back on and say "WOW!" that was an important moment... One of those is potentially coming up for CodeWorx. We have been working on 'Flip the Bird' for a while now (in conjunction with Appsomniacs.com and Mulch Media) and that ships TONIGHT (Nov 21st 2011)...
Then why am I blogging... Shouldn't I be coding? Well good question...
We are going to need your help, just like Flip needs your help to make it on his own in his forested world. We need you to be ready to spread the word when Apple releases our game to the app store. I'll raise the alarm when it's go time! Work on your speeches to tell your family... your friends... and why stop there TELL THE THE WORLD!
